#88 Tuesday – November 20th
With a combination of serendipity, patience, and the cooperation of an art minded owner of commercial property, the Kurre Pop-Up Gallery, in the arts district of downtown Scottsdale is a reality. The gallery will officially open on December 1, and be open through the end of the year. So I’m out and about attending to all the details of getting the space ready for art. (yikes, in twelve days with Thanksgiving stuck in there?) One of the very fun techie things I did for the gallery, was to generate a QR code to display on the window . . . so the curious can scan it with their smart phone and go right to charleskurre.com (I like that). While there are many websites dedicated to creating these codes, (for free) I used http://goqr.me/ . Simple and clean.
